Protection policy against „ghostwriting” and „guest authorship's"

To maintain high quality and academic credibility of the articles published in Technical Transactions, the editors have implemented procedures to prevent „ghostwriting” (the situation where a person has made a significant contribution to the publication and their name is not mentioned among the authors or in the acknowledgements) and „guest authorship” (the situation where a person is mentioned as the author/co-author of a publication although their contribution is insignificant or nil). In view of the above the editors request the authors (in writing – publisher’s agreement) to disclose the scope of input of particular authors to the publication as well as the funding source of the publication, contribution of research institutions, associations and other entities.
